Key Responsibilities:
• Develop 3D models and detailed 2D drawings for new product designs.
• Conduct Moldflow analysis and recommend design modifications.
• Ensure product feasibility for mass production through DFM and DFA principles.
• Identify and mitigate design risks related to material selection and structural integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product designs with market demands.
• Prepare detailed technical documents, including BOMs, specifications, and process. guidelines
